!trade @username makes an offer. The other player has 45 seconds to type !deal or !pass. Offers never pause the game.

!cash checks your money and properties.

Pass Payday for $250. Roll doubles to go again. Three doubles send you to jail. Roll doubles to get out, or pay $100 after two turns.

Short on rent? Buildings sell first, then properties get mortgaged. If that cannot cover the bill, you are out.

Rent rises to 2×, 3× and 4× as the timer runs down. Building prices stay the same.

The last player standing wins. When the timer ends, finish the round; highest net worth wins.
